Food Standard Agency

Food Standard Agency is a UK agency responsible for food safety and food hygiene. They work with local authorities to put food safety regulations into effect food. At the same time they conduct research related to food safety. FSA have staff who work in UK meat plant to ensure the requirements of the reregulation’s are being met.  The Food Standards Agency strives to meet the Greening Government commitments, and is committed to being open and transparent about their work.
